TVS Raised Adjustable Acoustic Floor System is a lightweight, height adjustable, acoustic batten system with airborne and impact sound insulation performance that meets and exceeds building regulations.
The galvanized steel battens are fitted on mounts containing an acoustic dampener, a screw leg threaded through the center for precision setting 30 to 420mm high, adjusted using a cordless screwdriver and laser level. Simple and effective installation using no packers.
Ideally suited for use in new-build, conversion (permitted development) and refurbishment projects. Easily leveling precast cambers, variations in structural floors and slopes in old floors. The void is ideal for services, with batten layouts also able to offer gaps, reducing void height when facilitating large pipes and ducts.
As all components are made of inorganic materials, they are not susceptible to moisture or warping over time or when installed in a damp or drying environment.
